Reservations
You may call or email ahead to make reservations. That way you will know that a campsite awaits you on the river. Usually, there are many locations available, so you may take your chances and just register at the campground (not the in-town office) when you arrive. However, recently, on our busiest week-ends in July and early August, we have had to turn some folks away who did not have reservations. If you have a favorite spot, it's always best to book ahead!
If you are booking canoe rentals through Saco Bound, they can handle your Fiddlehead reservation for you too.
